Description

With over 40 years of nursing experience in several Greater NY hospitals, Marguerite Corda is a seasoned nursing administrator with a strong critical care background.  Her last 2 hospital positions as Vice President of Patient Care Services fueled her passion for educating our next generation of nurses in her current position as an Assistant Professor in nursing at Long Island University.

Along with her teaching responsibilities, Ms. Corda is also a regulatory consultant to healthcare organizations and helps them achieve regulatory readiness for accreditation. 

Additionally, Ms. Corda is a Board member of the New York Organization of Nurse Executives & Leaders and Treasurer of the Greater New York chapter.  In her career, she has presented in several forums and countries, most recently at the GNYHA Critical Care Controversies Symposium, & as the Nurses’ week Keynote Speaker at Bon Secours, St. Barnabas Hospital and The Brooklyn Hospital.
