Welcome to the official transcript request site for Long Island University at Riverhead and the Southampton Graduate Campus. A transcript is the University's official statement of a student's academic record. Please note: Your order will be processed through the C.W. Post Campus.

Effective October 1, 2007, the cost for ordering a transcript online is $7.00

The University adheres to the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. A student's record will not be released without prior written consent from the student.
