From Manhattan: Take the Midtown Tunnel to I-495 (the Long Island Expressway) east to exit 70. Turn right onto Route 111 toward Montauk, following the signs for Route 27 East/Sunrise Highway. Proceed on Route 27 east to Southampton Graduate Campus, Exit 7 and follow the signs to the college.

From Long Island: Take I-495 (the Long Island Expressway) east to exit 70. Turn right onto Route 111 toward Montauk, following the signs for Route 27 East/Sunrise Highway. Proceed on Route 27 east to Southampton Graduate Campus, Exit 7 and follow the signs to the college.

From Upstate New York: Take the Palisades Parkway or the New York State Thruway (87) to the Throgs Neck or Whitestone Bridge to the Cross Island Parkway, following the signs for Eastern Long Island. Take the Cross Island Parkway to I-495, the Long Island Expressway, and continue to exit 70. Turn right onto Route 111 toward Montauk, following the signs for Route 27 East/Sunrise Highway. Proceed on Route 27 east to Southampton Graduate Campus, Exit 7 and follow the signs to the college.

From New England: Take Route I-95 South to the Throgs Neck Bridge and follow the signs for Eastern Long Island, the Cross Island Parkway.
