Coach Says: After leading the NYCAC in hitting last year (.441), teams are looking to shut Steph down. Steph is ready for the challenge though. Valentinetti's quick bat and speed will continue to help her get infield basehits and reek havoc on the basepaths. Not only did Valentinetti lead the team in hitting, she also led with a .537 slugging percentage, a .465 on base percentage and 60 hits on the year. Steph will take the challenge of a new position this year as she will switch over to play left field after being a 1st team All-NYCAC and 1st team All-Northeast selection last year in right field.
