Submissions should be accompanied by a cover page with the author's name, address or student box number, extension or phone number, and the title of the work being submitted. The author's name should not appear on the work itself, only on the cover page. All pages should be numbered, and submissions should be accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope; otherwise, manuscripts will not be returned. Submissions should include a copy on disk plus a hard copy; the disk copy should be formatted in Windows and should include the file name for access.
