College Film Series Presents Films Made on or About Long Island"Annie Hall" and "Sabrina" Are Among Films in Series Sponsored by Dan's Papers

- Southampton College will present a series of films this fall made on or about Long Island. The series, entitled "The Dan's Papers They Made the Movie Here Film Festival," is co-sponsored by Dan's Papers and is free and open to the public.
The series continues with "Death Trap" on October 26, which features local scenes including the East Hampton windmill and the cemetery and stars Christopher Reeve and Michael Cain. The classic Woody Allen film "Annie Hall," and the recent remake of "Sabrina" starring Harrison Ford will also be featured. All the films will be shown at 2 p.m. on Saturdays in Duke Lecture Hall at Southampton College of Long Island University.
"This weekly film series will provide another venue for our arts and media students to see worthwhile films," said Professor John Reilly, coordinator of the series for the College.
