Fax: (631) 283 4081Press passes will be issued to working press only. Press passes may be obtained by calling the Southampton College Public Relations Office at (631) 287-8313. All passes must be obtained prior to the Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band concert July 31. Press passes are necessary to gain access to the concert grounds. Press passes will not be issued at the gate.
There is a limited supply of photo passes, which will be issued separately. A list will be compiled through this office and forwarded to the performer for approval. Those interested in photo passes should call the Public Relations Office as soon as possible.
Restrictions are as follows: · Still photographers will be permitted to photograph during the first three songs only · No flash · TV crews can shoot a portion of the first song for their evening news (up to two minutes)
