CAPSTONE SEMESTER

All students will return to an LIU campus for their final spring semester. They will participate in a core program that strengthens cohort learning and emphasizes reflection on their Friends World education. All required courses are considered linked courses in that the content, experiential activities, discussions and reflections form a composite view of the student’s undergraduate learning and future direction.

Goal – To focus on the undergraduate learning experience from the perspective of experiental learning, interdisciplinary studies, cross-cultural analysis, global citizenship and the FW mission. Also, it aims to prepare students for the post –university life by supporting their exploration of career choices and future goals.
