Over 18 years of professional experience ranging from managing some of the largest health clubs in the country to being the Head Strength Coach & Assistant Athletic Trainer for the New York Liberty for five years. Worked with multiple professional sports teams including the New York Mets, New York Dragons and the Long Island Lizards. Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
